A: Enter the in-game settings screen, find Supercell ID and select "Disconnected". Instead of being asked to create and memorize a password, you will be sent a new verification code on each login. A: You can create a Supercell ID in any of our games, and then log in with the same Supercell ID in any of our other games. You can connect one game account from each of our games to a Supercell ID.

Q: How can I save multiple game accounts for one game?
A: Save multiple game accounts for one game by creating multiple Supercell IDs. For example, if you'd like four Clash of Clans Villages on your device, just create four Supercell IDs.
Q: Can I switch between multiple Supercell IDs on one device?
A: Yes - the easiest way to switch between your Supercell IDs and game accounts is to tick "Remember me on this device" as you login with each one. After that you don't need verification codes to switch between these accounts.
Q: How do I switch between Supercell IDs?
A: When logging in, select "Remember me on this device" to store. Then, when you choose "Log out" from the in-game Settings, you can switch between all of the other accounts saved on your device.
Q: My saved Supercell IDs are gone. What happened?
A: Reinstalling the game on Android devices will wipe saved Supercell IDs. Apple devices will wipe Supercell IDs if factory reset.
Q: Can I still use Game Center and Google accounts to safeguard game progress?
A: Once connected to Supercell ID, your game account can no longer be connected or accessed through Game Center or Google. To retrieve another game already attached to Game Center or a Google account, log out of Supercell ID and choose "Play Without Supercell ID".
We always recommend attaching all your game accounts to Supercell ID to make switching between them so much easier.
Q: I didn’t get my verification email for Supercell ID. What should I do?
A: If you didn’t receive the Supercell ID verification e-mail, be sure to check your spam filter and firewall settings. Please also search your email inbox for any messages mentioning ”Supercell ID”.
Q: How do I opt-out of Marketing messages?
A: Open your game and enter Settings. Tap "Connected" under the Supercell ID heading. Then, untick the box offering Supercell messages. Make sure it's for the right email address too!
