If you notice unusual changes in your village, it’s possible that someone else, like a friend or family member with access to your device has used your account. You also may have loaded your village onto someone else’s device and forgotten to log out.
Your village can be accessed from other devices if you’ve shared Game Center/Apple ID or Google Play credentials, or logged in on another device with your Supercell ID.
Supercell employees will never ask for your Supercell ID, Apple ID (Game Center) or Google credentials. Do not give your personal information to anyone for any reason. Doing so will lead to misuse of your account.
To secure your game account, please follow these steps:
Create a Supercell ID for your village if you haven’t done so already. Enter Settings and press on the available option next to Supercell ID to get started.
Do not attempt to buy, sell, or trade your account with other players
Never reveal details associated with your account, and don’t accept somebody else’s
Do not try buying gems from external websites
Do not log into other people's devices with your Apple ID/Game Center account or Google Play
