If you've lost connection because another device is connecting, it means your game is being accessed from another device at the same time. Please check if anyone you know, like a friend or family member is playing your game on another device
You can disconnect others from your game with Supercell ID:
Tap the 'Disconnected' button next to Supercell ID, and take a moment to create a Supercell ID. Creating a Supercell ID for your village will block outside players.
